Over decades of leadership and mentoring, MAISI™ emerged from mentoring relationships. Shelley developed a way of helping women think through difficult decisions with honesty, structure, and intention. Having spent her career in technology, breaking down barriers and making a point to clear the way for the women behind her, she gave her time and thinking generously, not as a transaction, but as a habit. When Mandy experienced that mentorship firsthand, it became clear that the process itself was the value she gained - a way of thinking. The mentoring experience shaped Mandy’s confidence, her ability to say no to what didn’t serve her, and her willingness to face uncomfortable truths rather than avoid them.
They decided to collaborate to bring this approach that has been refined over decades to women everywhere: direct, honest, and focused on building the kind of clarity that holds up when circumstances change. The offerings we have created capture the decision-making process in a form you can return to repeatedly throughout your life.
