Introducing the...
MAISI WORKBOOK
A Note From the Founders
Many people move though their days on momentum alone - capable, responsible, productive - without ever pausing long enough to ask whether the direction they are moving in still aligns with what truly matters.
Our goal is not to create the perfect life plan, but to develop clarity, because clarity changes the quality of decisions. It helps you recognize when you are aligned, when you are drifting, and when something no longer fits the life you are trying to build.
The MAISI methodology is designed to help you think through five interconnected lenses: Meaning, Agency, Intelligence, Systems, Iteration.
Your life is not a single pursuit. Work, relationships, health, finances, rest, creativity, and responsibility all exist in parallel. Over time, imbalance in one area tends to affect the others. Our tools are designed to help you see the full picture more clearly.
MAISI™ began in conversation
Over decades of leadership and mentoring, Shelley developed a way of helping women think through difficult decisions with honesty, structure, and intention. When Mandy experienced that mentorship firsthand, it became clear that the true value came from the process itself - a way of thinking: direct, honest, and focused on building the kind of clarity that holds up when circumstances change.
The goal is not pefection.
The goal is to build a life that feels intentionally yours.
- Shelley and Mandy
About the Workbook
This workbook exists to help you think more intentionally about the direction of your life.

The MAISI™ method is designed to anchor your thinking based on criteria that is exclusively yours. Keep in mind, this method does not give absolute certainty (nothing can!). However, what it does give is solid insights and directional heading.
